Information you provide: your name, work email, current role or title, organization, LinkedIn profile, and the context and responses you submit through the assessment, the newsletter signup, the application form, and consultation bookings.
Information collected automatically: basic usage information and marketing-attribution parameters (such as UTM tags), which we store in your browser to understand how you found us. If website analytics are enabled in the future, limited analytics data as described under "Cookies & attribution."
We rely on trusted third-party platforms to run the service. Each acts as a processor and is governed by its own privacy policy: Beehiiv (newsletter), Typeform (assessment), Calendly (scheduling), folk (CRM), Make (automation), Stripe (payments), BoldSign (agreements), and Microsoft 365 (email). We share only the information each needs to perform its function.
We store marketing-attribution values (UTM parameters) locally in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled in the future, we will use them in accordance with your consent where required and update this policy accordingly.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, or when required by law.
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it.
